Think about it! Think about what happened over the last 100 years: the internet, the smartphones, the high speed trains, the space exploration, and so on and so forth. Can you imagine the Same Scale of innovation in the next decade?! Big changes are coming! Either you want it or not, you need to adjust. As Eric Shinseki (former US general) said: “If you dislike change, you gonna dislike irrelevance even more”.
